The Vienna Production Congress 2022 strives to connect decision makers, production managers and manufacturing engineers with a network of experts – an opportunity to discuss best practice solutions and to contribute in shaping the future of manufacturing.
Top ranked national and international experts from governmental organizations, industry and research institutions will address current challenges of smart and highly adaptive manufacturing systems and the appropriate information technology including the application of machine learning algorithms for fast process adaptations. They will give insights into the latest results of technological, functional and implementation issues for industrial applications.

Im Zuge des Projektes „SSCCS – Secure Supply Chains for Critical Systems” der FH OÖ Forschungs & Entwicklungs GmbH wird am 07.10.2022 ab 12:30 Uhr an der FH St. Pölten die erste nationale „Supply Chain Cyber Security Konferenz“ veranstaltet. Dazu sind Sie recht herzlich eingeladen – die Teilnahme ist kostenlos!
Beim diesjährigen Blickpunkt Forschung präsentieren Forschende der TU Wien mit Unternehmenspartnern anwendungsnahe Projektergebnisse aus dem breiten Feld der “Assistierenden Technologien”.
Getreu dem TU Wien Motto “Technik für Menschen” werden beim diesjährigen “Blickpunkt Forschung” Arbeiten vorgestellt, die Lösungswege für spezielle Herausforderungen in Arbeit oder Alltag aufzeigen. Das Thema der “assistive Technologien” wird dabei breit betrachtet.
In aufeinanderfolgenden Themensessions werden Projekte vorgestellt, die im Gesundheits- und Sozialwesen Anwendung finden könnten oder sich industriellen Problemstellungen widmen.
Hilfsmittel für Personen mit Behinderungen, Assistenzen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Sicherheit, Trainingsprogramme für einen geschulten Umgang mit Cobots(kollaborativen Robotern): Vorgestellt werden verschiedenste Arbeiten, die alle darauf abzielen, das Leben der Anwender_innen zu verbessern. Interessierte können sich weiters in der begleitenden Ausstellung einen unmittelbaren Eindruck von den vorgestellten Projekten anhand von Demonstratoren und live Demos machen.

Self Sovereign Identity (SSI) ist ein innovatives Konzept zur Implementierung dezentraler Identitäten und zugehöriger Attribute, das in den letzten Jahren durch sein Versprechen, digitale Souveränität zu schaffen, mediale Präsenz erreicht hat. Die Gaia-X Federation Services und das Gaia-X Trust Framework haben Konzepte von SSI übernommen. Wir wollen mit drei SSI-Experten hinter die Kulissen schauen.
Vortragende:
Markus Sabadello ist Gründer von Danube Tech, Co-Editor der W3C Spezifikationen für DIDs und Mitglied des Steering Committee bei der Decentralized Identity Foundation. Markus gibt einen Einblick in die Welt der „Decentralized Identifiers“ und „Verifiable Credentials“.
Oliver Terbu ist Director Identity Standards bei Spruce Systems Inc. und Contributor der Decentralized Identity Foundation. Oliver erläutert das Zusammenspiel von Self Sovereign Identity und OpenID Connect.
Kai Meinke ist Co-Founder der deltaDAO AG. delta DAO ist verantwortlich für den Gaia-X Web3 Ecosystem Demonstrator, welcher z.B. im Leuchtturmprojekt EuProGigant oder in Gaia-X Future Mobility moveID angewendet wird. Kai demonstriert die aktuelle Implementierung des Gaia-X Trust Framework und Compliance Service auf Basis von SSI und Verifibale Credentials.
