    Digital Check - Anlaysetool Digitaler Reifegrad

    Im Rahmen dieser Schulung erhalten Sie alle notwendigen Hintergründe und Informationen, um das Tool „Digital Check – Analysetool Digitaler Reifegrad“ für sich als Berater bzw. in Ihrem Unternehmen einsetzen zu können.

    In Kooperation des Mechatronik-Clusters (Business Upper Austria) mit dem Institut für Intelligente Produktion (FH OÖ, Studiengänge PMT und OMT in Steyr) wurde der „Digital Check“ entwickelt.

    Dieses Modell dient zur Messung der Industrie 4.0-Reife (IST-Zustand sowie SOLL-Zustand) eines Unternehmens und unterstützt dabei,
    Potenziale entsprechend der Strategie und der Unternehmensziele zu identifizieren. Konkrete Maßnahmen für ein Unternehmen werden
    durch die Anwendung des Reifegradmodells Industrie 4.0 vorgeschlagen, um den festgestellten IST-Reifegrad zum anzustrebenden
    SOLL-Reifegrad zu entwickeln. Ergebnisse der Bewertungen fließen in eine Benchmark-Datenbank, wodurch sich aktuelle Marktsituationen
    in den Branchen identifizieren lassen. Ein anonymisierter Vergleich wird ermöglicht, der den eigenen Fortschritt jenem der Branche
    gegenüberstellt.

    Im Zuge der Entwicklung des Reifegradmodells wurde eine Software zur Unterstützung bei der Erhebung erstellt. In der Schulung lernen
    Sie die Anwendung des Reifegradmodells anhand dieser Software kennen und sind anschließend in der Lage diese selbstständig
    durchzuführen. Die Schulung richtet sich an Industrie 4.0 Beauftragte eines Unternehmens, die im eigenen Unternehmen diese Erhebung
    durchführen möchten und andererseits an Unternehmensberater welche diese Erhebung in Unternehmen als Dienstleistung durchführen.
