SECURE – Strengthening EU SMEs Cyber Resilience

About the Project
The implementation of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) marks a significant milestone in the European Union’s commitment to strengthening the cyber resilience of its digital market.
Supporting SMEs in complying with the CRA is essential for:
- closing the cybersecurity knowledge gap
- fostering a “security-by-design” culture
- mitigating supply chain risks
- ensuring regulatory compliance
- protecting economic and social well-being
- promoting sustainable cybersecurity efforts
SECURE supports and strengthens the cyber resilience of European SMEs, protects them from cyber threats, and thus contributes to maintaining the integrity of the EU’s digital single market.
Targeted assistance, resources, and guidance are vital to enable SMEs to navigate the regulatory landscape safely – for their economic success and a secure, resilient digital Europe.
By directly connecting National (Cybersecurity) Coordination Centres (NCCs) and European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs), the project consortium “Strengthening EU SMEs Cyber Resilience – SECURE” aims to reach as many relevant stakeholders as possible and enhance the resilience of SMEs across the entire European Union.

The project is developing a policy framework to support long-term collaboration and strengthen innovation capacity through knowledge exchange and pilot programmes.
