BRIDGES 5.0

Identifying Future Skills for Industry 5.0 and Deriving Necessary Measures

BRIDGES 5.0 is an EU Horizon project involving 15 international project partners, led by TNO (Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research), which started in early 2023. The Platform Industrie 4.0, along with FH Joanneum, Infineon Technologies Austria, and the AIT (Austrian Institute of Technology) as the national coordinator, is part of the Austrian project partners.

The project aims to map the transformation of jobs in the digital economy over its four-year duration, identify skill gaps, and develop a roadmap for learning and competence development—all with the active participation of companies, policymakers, and other stakeholders. The focus is on practical results that support companies in transitioning to a greener and fairer economy.
