Digitalisation and new business models are rapidly changing the value networks in all sectors. These transformed value networks are based on connectivity and data. They have the potential to foster strong and sustainable growth in the world economy. Currently, companies who want to be integrated in global value networks face different security requirements depending on specific customer needs and varying international regulatory approaches.
The conference will bring together international top-level stakeholders and decision makers from industry, governments and regulatory bodies for two days of dialogue and discussion, presenting various international approaches on how to cope with the challenges of securing global industrial value networks and required international standardisation. The aims are to create transparency, reach a common understanding of security concepts and to identify the next steps as industry and regulators contribute to global solutions.
